Mayur Vihar Phase III is located close to Noida border on one side, Kondli and Kalyanpuri on the other side. The LIG Flats are split up into three Pockets, A -1, A- 2 and A- 3. The HIG building complex are known as SFS Flats and their pockets are called as A, B, C and D. The MIG housing complexes are also located here. They are called in sequences of pocket-1, 3, 5, 6 etc. The expansible LIG housing which is pocket-2, 4 is located Inside the MIG complex.Mayur Vihar Phase III also includes Janta Housing Complexes which lie down near the Main bus stand. The Mayur Vihar Phase III got a 3 main entrance ways. The main entrance is through the NOIDA mod which is also known as NEW Kondli mod. It renders approach to NOIDA and Delhi both. The 2nd entrance connects PH-3 through Kondli dairy farm. The 3rd entrance is through sec11 Noida which links noida sec12/22 with Ph-3 through the SFS road.
